This app is for PROFESSIONAL projectionists.

This app is for PROFESSIONAL protectionists, not the prosumer. All of the projectors are professional projectors you would normally see used in trade shows, concerts, and the like. IE: Christie, Barco, Panasonic, and a few others.

It allows for edge blend calculations, distance calculations, lens calculations, lumix/nit calculations, etc, and will show you a miniature cad visualization of your setup. Its pretty awesome. For the most part, its automatic, and definitely for the professional projectionist.

I think the reviews are sub-par because most purchases have been from someone expecting a CONSUMER tool and nothing more advanced than a living room setup. Albeit, this app does that too; it just does a lot more.
